2. Qué hace Acurant
Acurant es una herramienta de inteligencia de investigación. Envías una hipótesis o pregunta de investigación, y Acurant recupera evidencia científica publicada, razona sobre ella y devuelve un análisis estructurado: saturación de evidencia, consenso, originalidad, brechas y fuentes.
Acurant es una herramienta para apoyar tu criterio. No es asesoramiento, no es una recomendación y no sustituye tu propia valoración profesional. Consulta nuestra página de IA responsable para saber qué hace y qué no hace Acurant.
3. Quién puede usarlo
Acurant está dirigido a usuarios profesionales: investigadores, evaluadores e inversores. No está dirigido a consumidores ni a menores de 18 años.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a usar Acurant de forma lícita y a no: enviar contenido que no tengas derecho a enviar, intentar sobrecargar o realizar ingeniería inversa del servicio, ni usarlo para producir nada ilícito. Podemos suspender el acceso que incumpla estos términos.
5. Qué valor tiene el análisis
El análisis que produce Acurant se basa en la evidencia disponible en cada momento y en las fuentes a las que puede acceder. Puede ser incompleto o contener errores. Eres responsable de verificar los hallazgos de forma independiente antes de actuar sobre ellos. No garantizamos que ningún análisis sea exhaustivo ni esté libre de errores.
6. Nuestra responsabilidad
Prestamos Acurant con diligencia razonable, pero "tal cual" (as is). En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de las decisiones que tomes basándote en el resultado de Acurant. Nada en estos términos excluye la responsabilidad por dolo, negligencia grave o cualquier cosa que la ley no permita excluir.
7. Propiedad intelectual
Acurant, su interfaz y su sistema subyacente pertenecen a The Agile Monkeys, S.L. El análisis generado para ti es tuyo para usarlo. Las fuentes científicas citadas pertenecen a sus respectivos editores.
8. Cambios y terminación
Podemos actualizar estos términos; los cambios sustanciales se indicarán con la fecha de actualización y, cuando sea necesario, se notificarán. Podemos discontinuar el servicio o tu acceso con un preaviso razonable.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Las controversias se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, salvo que una norma imperativa te otorgue otro fuero.

2. What Acurant does
Acurant is a research intelligence tool. You submit a research hypothesis or question, and Acurant retrieves published scientific evidence, reasons over it, and returns a structured analysis: evidence saturation, consensus, originality, gaps, and sources.
Acurant is a tool to support your judgment. It is not advice, not a recommendation, and not a substitute for your own professional assessment. See our Responsible AI page for what Acurant does and does not do.
3. Who can use it
Acurant is intended for professional users: researchers, evaluators, and investors. It is not directed at consumers or at anyone under 18.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Acurant lawfully and not to: submit content you have no right to submit, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to produce anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
5. What the analysis is worth
The analysis Acurant produces is based on the evidence available at the time and on the sources it can access. It may be incomplete or contain errors. You are responsible for verifying findings independently before acting on them. We do not guarantee that any analysis is exhaustive or free of error.
6. Our liability
We provide Acurant with reasonable care, but "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on Acurant's output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual property
Acurant, its interface, and its underlying system belong to The Agile Monkeys, S.L. The analysis generated for you is yours to use. The scientific sources cited belong to their respective publishers.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated and, where required, notified. We may discontinue the service or your access with reasonable notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless mandatory law grants you another forum.
